ERROR: 'LICENSE COUNT EXCEEDED' AFTER 9.2 UPGRADE

Problem: After upgrading the RBS Server to the latest version (9.2.x), I receive a
'License Count Exceeded' message on the Server, and the server does not start.
Solution: The problem will resolved automatically by applying the latest upgrades
again. Go to our web site at http://remote-backup.com, pick the link that says "Software
Upgrades" from the left-hand vertical menu, and enter your email address and serial
number.
Upgrade the Server software and (if it is shown) the Online Installer PlugIn.
Then make your Client updater using the new "Make EXE" button on the Create Installer
section of the Customize Client Installer option on the Tools menu. Only version 9.2
Clients and Servers need to be upgraded.
This will upgrade to Version 9.2.1.
