Client Documentation and Interfaces

The RBS Client software included in this package comes with two User Interfaces, each with its own documentation. The default is the Simple Interface, which has quite a different look and feel than the Advanced Interface. When you customize your client software you can select which interface you want to use, and you can also decide if you want to allow your end users to switch between the two interfaces.

Both User Interfaces can be customized and branded.

The Simple Interface

Client Documentation [Simple Interface]

The Simple Interface is the default. It is very user-friendly with most features driven by simple wizards. The Simple Interface contains the most commonly used features of the software, without the clutter of the more advanced features that most end users do not use regularly.

The Advanced Interface

Client Documentation [Advanced Interface]

Power users, software installers, and Administrators prefer the Advanced Interface. It contains ALL functions of the software. Service Providers who install the software for end users find it best to use the Advanced Interface while configuring the Client software, and then switch to the Simple Interface when it is turned over to the customer.
