The Registration Wizard is a set of pages added to the beginning of the Endpoint installer. It is not often needed as long as you are deploying software using the Web Console. It is included here mainly for backward compatibility.
The Wizard asks the end user for some information, and then it automatically adds a new Endpoint account to the Server, following rules that you can define here.
The Registration Wizard Editor is WYSIWYG and self explanatory.
