ABOUT Licenses: RBackup software is sold in packages of units called Licenses. You can choose the Permanent License Model or the Subscription (monthly) License Model. In the Permanent License Model, our most popular, Licenses never expire, recycle automatically, and cost a one-time, non-recurring fee. Adding new client accounts uses Licenses from your Server. Deleting accounts returns Licenses to your Server. Permanent Licenses last forever and do not have to be renewed monthly, yearly, or ever. Purchase them once, use them forever.
If you choose the Subscription Licensing Model, you will buy blocks of Monthly Licenses which must be renewed when they are exhausted.

Support Packages contain valuable services that can help make your Remote Backup Service successful and competitive. Almost all public Remote Backup Services keep a Support Package in force. The benefits are well worth the price. Click Here for more information.
Monthly Payments: If you pay for a year, you get two months free. You can pay for your Maintenance Subscription in monthly payments through Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB). Your card will be charged monthly until you request cancellation of your Maintenance Subscription. Charges will come from "ONLINE HOLDINGS LLC"
You may purchase Maintenance for a lower number of Licenses than your software has if you would like us to lower your Licenses to match. If you were given free Licenses when you purchased your software, you may renew Maintenance for the number of Licenses you actually paid for, and keep all your Licenses. Permanent Licenses never expire, and your software will continue to run if your Maintenance lapses, though some services will expire. Contact RBS Sales if you would like further clarification.

* Free Installation is for Permanent License Models and includes the RBS Server and all RBS Server-Side applications. Fre installation is not available for Subscription License Models. We will install your RBS Server-Side software and perform initial setup and testing of your RBS Server. It is your responsibility to install your Client software on your customers' computers. RBS cannot install software for your end users. The Web PlugIns must be installed by RBS. There is no customer-installation package for the Web PlugIns, although you CAN upgrade them yourself. While the first installation is free, we must charge a fee for re-installation or migration of your RBS Server-side applications (including the Web PlugIns.)
