You may purchase Maintenance for a lower number of Credits than your software is licensed for if you would like us to lower your Credits to match. If you were given free credits when you purchased your software, you may renew Maintenance for the number of Credits you actually paid for, and keep all your Credits. Credits never expire, and your software will continue to run if your Maintenance lapses, though some services will expire. Contact RBS Sales if you would like further clarification.
